Amprecle

Recipe for sweet pastry – glasses.

Ingredients:

300 g smooth flour 80 g of icing sugar 80 g butter 5 g butter 5 g butter sugar yeast 2 tbsp milk 1 pk egg

1/2 pcs oil for rubbing crystal sugar for coating solidified fat for coating sheet

Procedure:

1. Sift the flour on the roller, add the sugar, knead the fat, add the milk in which you have dissolved the yeast, and use the egg to knead the dough
2. Roll out a thin sheet
3. With a rolling pin, cut strips as wide as a finger, cut them to the required length and form amprecle (glasses)
4. Brush each one with beaten egg and roll in sugar on the cheek
5. Place on a greased baking sheet or baking paper and bake until golden brown.
