American hot chocolate

ingredients

175 ml whole milk 65 ml whipping cream at least 30% 1 tbsp granulated sugar 1/4 tsp instant espresso 100 g good quality dark chocolate

Pour milk, cream, sugar, and espresso into a saucepan and stir until the milk starts to boil.

When the milk starts to boil, add the dark chocolate, turn off the stove and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
