American Chicken Legs

Chicken drumsticks coated in plain flour, seasoned eggs and finally in crushed cornflakes, fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 8 pcs chicken thighs (drumsticks) 3-4 pcs Eggs 4 tbsp smooth flour 1 tsp ground hot pepper or chilli 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 package of corn chips salt

Procedure:

1. Wash the chicken thighs in cold water and let them drain thoroughly, then rub salt into them
2. In a deep plate, pour the flour (I prefer more), beat the eggs and season with pepper, hot pepper, light salt
3. Coat the thighs first in plain flour, then in seasoned eggs and finally in the cornflakes
5. Fry slowly in a deep fryer at 160 °C until golden brown.

Recommendation:

You can also cook the thighs in a deeper pan in more oil. For those who don’t like it, or even if we are giving the thighs to children, we can omit the hot peppers.

Note:

It is better to pre-cook the thighs in lightly salted water for 2-3 minutes. In this case, do not rub them with salt.
