Amazing chocolate – apple balls,
ingredients
1 kg puff pastry 12 pcs apples 200 g chocolate 2 dl cane sugar 1 pcs egg for spreading

Chocolate filled, whole apples coated in puff pastry. A super easy and fantastically delicious dessert that will only take you a few minutes to make! Feel free to try
1.
Clean the apples and remove the cores so that the apples remain whole

Roll the puff pastry into a rectangle, then cut into 6 squares. Wrap 1 apple in each square, having first coated the apple in sugar, and then press the chocolate into the centre of the apple.

Place on either a regular baking sheet with baking paper or in a muffin tin, lining each well with a piece of baking paper first.

Finally, brush them with beaten egg and put them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. You need to keep track of this, each according to your oven.

Serve warm, sprinkled with just sugar, or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream The dessert is really amazing, I highly recommend it! Have a good taste !
