Alsatian leek pie

Salty dessert from France made of puff pastry, cream, egg yolks and white parts of leeks.

Procedure:
1. Peel and clean the leeks, use the white parts, cut them into rounds, boil them in boiling salted water
2. Mix the drained leek rounds with four beaten egg yolks, stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper
3. Roll out the puff pastry and put it into a cake tin or baking dish or baking tray, prick the bottom of the pastry several times with a fork, pour the prepared mixture over it and drizzle the surface with melted butter
4. Bake in an oven heated to 180-190 °C for about 20-30 minutes
5. Let the finished cake cool slightly for a while, cut it and serve warm.
