Alsatian cabbage with minced meat

Cabbage sautéed in the oven, first by itself, seasoned, later accompanied by roasted minced meat, sausage pieces and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

700 g of sauerkraut 300 g of minced meat 200 g of cabbage 100 g of bacon 1/4 l white wine 5 cl cherry or blueberry wine 5 pcs juniper berries 2 pcs apple 1 pcs onion lard pepper salt

Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, fry onions in lard, add sauerkraut, peeled, grated apples, pour white wine season with juniper, pepper and simmer under a lid until soft
2. In a frying pan, fry the bacon cut into cubes, add minced meat, salt, pepper and fry everything 3. Serve the Alsatian cabbage with boiled potatoes.

Recommendation:

The cabbage prepared in this way is tastier on the second day, when it is tender.
