if you’re anything like me, then you love breakfast potatoes. They’re crispy, salty and just all around delicious. But have you ever tried making them at home? If not, this recipe is for you!

These breakfast potatoes are easy to make and only require a few ingredients. All you need is some potatoes, onion, oil and seasoning.

To make the potatoes, start by peeling and chopping them into small pieces. Then, chop up your onion into small pieces as well.

Next, heat up some oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add in the potatoes and onions. Give everything a good stir so that the potatoes and onions are coated in oil.

Then, add in your desired seasonings. I like to use salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. But feel free to use whatever seasonings you like!

Cook the potatoes and onions for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until they’re nice and crispy.

Serve the breakfast potatoes with some eggs and toast for a complete breakfast meal
