5 pcs eggs 100 g granulated sugar juice of one orange 50 ml oil 150 g semi-coarse flour 100 g roasted and ground almonds 1 packet baking powder zest of one orange jam for coating the corpus

500 ml whipping cream 50 g milk chocolate 125 g Mascarpone 1 packet whipping cream stiffener 100 g roasted Almond
Filling II
500 ml whipping cream 50 g white chocolate 1 packet whipping cream stiffener 125 g Mascarpone edible garnishes to taste

Crust: Beat egg yolks with sugar add oil, orange juice, flour mixed with zest and baking powder and almonds. Finally, stir in the cream of tartar. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (baking sheet 30×40 cm). Brush the baked body with jam.

I. Filling: Heat the cream and melt the milk chocolate in it. Let it cool properly. Then whisk it together with the thickener add mascarpone, zest and almonds. Spread over the jam.

II. filling: Heat the cream and melt the white chocolate in it. Let it cool properly. Then whisk it together with the thickener add the mascarpone. Spread on the other filling.

Let the whole cake cool properly, cut and decorate as desired.
