Here is the recipe for almond and white chocolate muffins in Thermomix,delicious cupcakes, soft and melting as desired, easy and simple to make for a gourmet snack.
Ingredients:
80 g almonds 100 g granulated sugar 100 g white chocolate 60 g butter 2 eggs 200 g flour 1/2 packet baking powder 200 g milk
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Put the almonds and sugar in the thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 10, then set aside.
Add the white chocolate pieces and butter then chop for 10 seconds on speed 8.
Then set for 3 minutes at 48° on speed 2.
Scrape down the sides then add the eggs and mix for 10 seconds on speed 3.
Add the milk, flour, baking powder, almonds and sugar then mix for 1 minute at speed 4.
Pour the mixture into muffin tins then bake for 20 minutes at 200°C and lower the temperature to 180°C for 10 minutes.
