Albanian Kebab on a Grill
Grilled doughnuts made of ground beef, onion, garlic, eggs and spices.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grate the peeled onion and peeled garlic cloves
2. Mix the minced meat with the grated onion, garlic, eggs, oregano, sweet paprika, ground pepper and salt
3. Shape the mass into doughnuts, spread them on a hot grill and fry on all sides.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread.
