Aioli

Mayonnaise flavored with garlic.

Ingredients:

Range for approx 400 ml mayonnaise: 2 pcs egg yolks 2 pcsgarlic cloves 300 ml oil

Procedure:

1. Crush the cleaned garlic
2. Place the egg yolks and crushed garlic in a blender and gradually add the oil while blending.

Recommendation:

This garlic mayonnaise is suitable as part of various sauces, for roasted meats and the French like to use it as an ingredient in fish soups.
