A tasty low-carbohydrate side dish: Roasted cauliflower and broccoli

ingredients

1 pk broccoli 1 pk cauliflower (smaller) a little oil 4 pk egg 300 g Greek yoghurt to taste salt, ground black pepper to taste smoked paprika, granulated garlic 2 tbsp grated armesan

progress

Excellent thing on its own and as a side dish. Plus, both Vegetable Recipes are almost calorie-free, and the eggs and yogurt are in turn rich in protein.

1.

Heat the oven to 180°C.

2.

Slice the cauliflower and broccoli into smaller florets (stems into smaller cubes) and place in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes.

3.

Drain the greens and pour them into a baking dish that has been greased with a drop of oil.

4.

In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, yogurt and add salt, pepper, paprika and dried garlic to taste.

5.

Pour the whisked mixture over the Vegetable Recipes and mix everything together well right in the baking dish to coat each piece of vegetable. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

6.

Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

7.

Serve the roasted cauliflower and broccoli on its own with some pickled Vegetable Recipes or as a side dish with, for example, roasted chicken pieces.

8.

Good taste!
