Nourishing soup that tastes good in summer and winter. The base is mushrooms – fresh fragrant chanterelle mushrooms, cauliflower, herbs and dried organic mix to make a mushroom soup. How to make it?
1.
Fry chopped onion and leek in oil. Clean the mushrooms – chanterelles, chop them and add them to the onions.

Salt, pepper and let simmer.

Soak the dried legume and grits mixture in water. I use an organic quality mix.

Wash the cauliflower, break it up into florets.
5.
In a large pot, put the onions, mushrooms, add water or broth and also the cauliflower florets. Season with herbs and let cook for about 30 minutes.

Add the legume and grits mixture, continue to cook until tender. About 20 minutes.
7.
Remove and serve. You can use green peas, herbs, pepper flakes for garnish. Or add toasted toast cubes for starving.
