A healthier version of langos

ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup spelt flour 1 pk egg 1 KL olive oil 1 pinch salt a little olive oil to taste cheese, garlic

procedure

1. First, mix the flour, egg, oil and salt. Then add a little water and knead a dough that won’t stick. 2. In your hands, form the dough into pancakes and fry them in a frying pan on both sides 3. Press the garlic, mix it with olive oil and rub the lángos with this seasoned oil. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
