Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rice noodles
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 red pepper, julienned
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Soak noodles in warm water for 20 minutes. Drain.
