A colourful salad to go with roast potatoes

When we have days without meat
1. Cut the salami we bought whole and also the hard cheese into cubes. 2. We wash and cut the Vegetable Recipes (cherry,pepper,cucumber sour and salad,small onion in small pieces) differently. Tear the Chinese cabbage into small pieces. We can add corn and all in the form of Vegetable Recipes according to your taste. 3. Thicken the salad with a spoonful of mayonnaise and a little mustard. Mix well and season with salt. 4. Dice the hard-boiled eggs and add them at the end (so they don’t get crushed by so much mixing), along with the chives. Drizzle with lemon juice from the lemon. 5. Bake the potatoes in their skins, cut into small pieces on a baking sheet. After baking, baste (optional) with butter and sprinkle with salt.
