Raspberry crumble recipe

This delicious raspberry crumble recipe is the perfect way to use up any ripe raspberries you have lying around. It’s also super easy to make, and can be served as a dessert or a breakfast bake.
For the crumble, you’ll need:
1 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
3 Tbsp of cold butter, cubed
For the topping, you’ll need:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
3 Tbsp of cold butter, cubed
To make the raspberry crumble, simply mix together the raspberries, flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Then, using your fingertips, rub in the butter until it resembles bread crumbs. Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish and set aside.
To make the topping, mix together the oats, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Rub in the butter until it resembles bread crumbs. Then sprinkle the topping over the raspberry mixture in the oven-safe dish.
Bake the raspberry crumble at 190 degrees Celsius for around 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling. Serve warm, with a dollop of cream or ice cream
