Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 hamburger buns
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mash black beans until they are a thick paste.
Stir in bread crumbs, onion, egg, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into four patties.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties. Cook for about 10 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
