To make the dough, simply combine equal parts flour and avocado in the food processor and pulse until combined. Then, turn out the dough onto a sheet of plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once the dough is chilled, you can begin rolling it out.
When rolling out the dough, be sure to flour your work surface well. The dough can be sticky and difficult to work with otherwise.
