1 pound elbow macaroni
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cheeses until melted.
Add macaroni and stir until well coated.
Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly
