Chinese food from restaurants can be quite delicious, but it can also be quite expensive to eat out all the time. If you love Chinese food and want to learn how to cook it at home, this recipe is for you! With just a few simple ingredients and easy instructions, you can make restaurant-quality Chinese food in your own kitchen.
The key to making great Chinese food is using fresh ingredients. For this recipe, you’ll need:
– 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 1/2 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
To start, mix together the soy sauce, water, sugar and garlic in a bowl. Set this mixture aside.
Next, put the chicken pieces into a large Ziploc bag with the flour. Shake the bag until the chicken is coated with the flour.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
Add the soy sauce mixture to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring to coat the chicken pieces evenly
