Recipe for making crustless apple pie using plain or self rising flour

If you love apple pie but don’t love the fuss of making a crust, this recipe is for you. This easy, crustless apple pie is made with just a few ingredients and can be made with either plain or self rising flour. The result is a delicious, soft and cake-like pie that is sure to please.
To make this pie, you will need:
1 1/2 cups of plain or self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
6-7 cups of thinly sliced apples (I like to use a mix of different kinds)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add in the thinly sliced apples and toss to coat.
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter and milk. Add this to the apple mixture and stir until everything is combined.
Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8 inch baking dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pie is cooked through.
