Recipe to making crawfish like Mambo Seafood

Mambo Seafood is a restaurant chain that specializes in seafood. Their most popular dish is their crawfish.
Ingredients:
1 lb. of crawfish
1/2 onion
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 cup of flour
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of water
Instructions:
In a large pot, bring two quarts of water to a boil.
Add the crawfish, onion, bell pepper, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Boil for three minutes then remove from heat.
Drain the crawfish and discard the vegetables.
Rinse the crawfish with cold water.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the crawfish and cook for two minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the flour.
Cook for one minute then slowly add the water while stirring.
Bring to a boil and cook for two minutes or until the sauce has thickened
