Recipe preparation
1 Peel a large B or C potato, add boiling water to the pot, salt and, depending on the size, put the potatoes in the pot for 5–6 minutes so that they slightly boil.
TIP: How to peel potatoes?
2 Then take them out and let them cool completely, ideally refrigerate them. Peel the onion and coarsely grate it, as you would the cooled potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
TIP: How to cut the onions?
3 Add at least half an inch of oil to the pan.
