4 servings 1 piece chicken – diced with salt or oil salt 1 pc. 50 g onion – peeled and chopped carrots celery parsley soy sauce to taste or you can add fish sauce (2 tbsp)
Recipe preparation
1 Cut the chicken and add salt. The root Vegetable Recipes, cleaned and cut into chips or cubes, should be about 600-700 g. Place the Vegetable Recipes in a baking dish with the chopped onions and chopped peppers, add a little stock or water, place the salted chicken portions on top, drizzle with melted butter or oil, then about 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, cover and place in the preheated oven. After about 40 minutes, remove the lid, baste if necessary and bake until crisp. 2 Serve with a potato side dish to taste or with rice. 3 ***Chicken can also be baked the day before and then baked the next day until golden brown.
