1 Halušky: Grate the potatoes finely, without draining the excess liquid, beat in the egg, add the salt and the thawed spinach. Simply thaw the spinach at room temperature. I use leaf spinach instead of puree, which works well for me from Ardo, sold in Kaufland and comes in portions. 2 Thicken with semi-coarse flour so that the dough can be passed through a sieve. 3 Place in boiling, salted water and cook for about 8 minutes after the dough has risen to the surface, trying not to overcook. When the gnocchi have cooled, add a little oil to prevent sticking. In a frying pan, fry the bacon and ham until crispy. Heat the prepared cheese sauce.
