Courgette mix with bacon recipe

Ingredients
3 servings 1 pc young unpeeled courgettes 1 pc onion oil 150 g bacon 3 cloves of garlic 2 – 50 g tomato puree small, approx. Salt or soy sauce ground pepper or spices Adzhika, chubrica… to taste
Recipe preparation
1 Finely chop the onion and the bacon and fry in a preheated frying pan with a little oil until golden brown. Then add the courgettes, cut into thicker crescents, and fry occasionally to prevent them from steaming. When the courgettes are slightly charred and soft, add the grated or minced garlic and the puree, stir, season to taste with salt, pepper or a mixture of spices and, if necessary, add a little stock or water (depending on the wateriness of the courgettes). Leave everything to simmer under the lid, stirring occasionally. At the end, we can season with a little soy sauce, and if we want the mixture to be spicy, we can add a piece of chilli or zucchini sauce.
