Small bunsa recipe

Here is the recipe for small buns baked in the Varoma, delicious and very soft buns with a melting chocolate heart, easy and quick to make for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
120 g semi-skimmed milk 30 g powdered sugar 20 g butter pieces 1/2 cube fresh baker’s yeast 280 g flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 12 pieces of chocolate or 12 teaspoons of Nutella 500 g water
Preparation:
Put the milk and yeast in the bowl, then set it to 37° for 3 minutes on speed 1.
Add the flour, sugar, vanilla extract, egg and salt then set 4 minutes on epi.
Remove the dough from the bowl then divide into 12 pieces.
Flatten each piece then place a piece of chocolate or a spoonful of Nutella and close to form a ball.
Butter the varoma and the varoma tray then place the balls on both.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Pour 500g of water into the bowl then insert the varoma and set 20 minutes varoma on speed 1.
Remove if you want to have a golden color put the buns under the toaster or the oven for a few minutes.
