The trick to making this quick fried rice is to make the sauce in a frying pan while the rice cooks in the microwave.
In a bowl suitable for microwave we put to heat the water with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, without overdoing it because then the soy sauce will salt it more. Program 90 seconds at 800 W. Take out the water, being careful not to burn yourself, add the rice Brilliant gold quality and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes at 800 W uncovered. While the rice is cooking, peel the carrot and onion and chop them finely along with the leek. In a thick-bottomed pan or wok heat two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over high heat, add the chopped Vegetable Recipes and sauté for a couple of minutes over high heat, it is not necessary to add salt because then we will put the soy sauce and it does not matter if they scorch a little because not carrying garlic there is no problem of bitterness. Of course, if we see that they begin to scorch and that the rice still lacks a little bit, we lower the fire. When the rice is ready, add thesoy sauce to the stir-fry, high heat, add the cooked rice and sauté for a couple of minutes shaking the pan or wok to fry the rice. Taste and, if necessary, correct the salt.
Result
Although it does not take long to cook rice in the microwave, if you are fond of this type of dishes that are based on white rice, a way to save even more time is to cook several servings of white rice and store them in the refrigerator, because in a lid that closes well is preserved for several days and saves time when preparing salads or rice of this type that are fried after cooked.
