Asian Beef Wok recipe

Here is the Asian Beef Wok, a delicious dish that will take you less than 30 minutes to prepare, quite easy to make and ideal for lunch. This wok is light and compatible with your diet. Like most Asian dishes, it’s what with very little fat, if any at all.
Ingredients: 4 servings
Per serving : 4 SP – Green / 2 SP – Blue / 2 SP – Purple 500 g beef steak 2 carrots 1 onion 2 peppers 1 lime juice 2 tablespoons salted soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
Preparation:
Start by cutting the meat into strips. Put them in a bowl, then add the lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Cover the bowl and let the meat rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In the meantime peel and slice the carrots and peppers, and slice the onion.
Heat the oil in a wok or large saucepan, then sauté the Vegetable Recipes for 5 minutes. Add the pieces of meat with the marinade and fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
Finally, serve your Asian Style Beef Wok with rice ideally.
