Recipe preparation steps
1 Cut the meat into slices through a napkin. Slice and fry on both sides. 2 Slice the onion and fry it in 1/3 of the fat, cover with lukewarm water and add the prepared meat. 3 Remove the meat and thicken it with a baking mix made from sifted flour. Pour in the tomato puree and milk and cook for at least 20 minutes. Then pour in the cream and bring to a short boil. Strain through a fine sieve and that’s it. 4 On a plate, sprinkle with sliced cucumber and peas.
