Method of preparation
1 Knead the dough from the Hera, 2 parts cottage cheese and flour and divide into 2 parts. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Meanwhile, coarsely grate the apples and soak the raisins in rum. 1. Roll out one pancake, place on a greased and floured baking tray, sprinkle with apples, raisins, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon sugar and breadcrumbs. 2. Place a second rolled pancake on top of the filling, prick with a fork and brush with beaten egg. 3. Bake first in the oven (15 minutes at around 200 °C) and then slowly for 15 minutes at around 170 °C. 4 The dough should definitely not contain any sugar or eggs – similar to a delicious cheesecake.
