Recipe preparation procedure
1 Prepare a cup of strong coffee and start lining the biscuit tin. Spoon the cooled coffee over the biscuits. 2 Take a bowl and add the whipped cream (or thickener, if necessary) and whisk until fluffy. 3 Add the cottage cheese and sugar, whisk everything together and spread this mixture over the biscuits. 4 Add another layer of biscuits, pour in the coffee and Amaretto and spread a layer of whipped cream over the biscuits.
