4 servings 400 g mascarpone 100 g whipped cream 50 g of granulated sugar + 1 tbsp vanilla sugar 1 pc 150 g raspberries 150 g blueberries 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk 8 pcs. 1 Whisk the cooled mascarpone and cream with the two sugars until thick and fill a sugar cookie with a wider spout.
TIP: Whisk the snow
2 Mash the raspberries with a fork with 2 tablespoons of water, then mash the blueberries with 2 tablespoons of milk and a tablespoon of sugar.
TIP: Blueberry muffin
3 Dip half of the melted sponge cake into the raspberries and divide between the bottoms of glasses. Spread the mascarpone cream on top of the sponge layer, about halfway.
