4 servings 4 pcs. pork steaks – pork leg, shoulder, neck, chops, chicken, turkey, rabbit salt pepper ground oil or my salt 150 g garlic halves (bacon) approx. 4 cloves of garlic 3 – 800 g potatoes approx. 250 ml of cream grill seasoning to taste
Recipe preparation
1 Place the browned, salted and peppered steaks in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the minced garlic bacon and garlic cloves.
