Fajitas with meat

Fajitas is a light dish served on tortilla plates or with a luscious crust. It is made from roast beef and is shaped into its delicious form.
Ingredients for four
8 tortillas 400g beef tenderloin 1 tbsp ground cumin 1/2 good quality tomato puree (e.g. 1 tsp black pepper chilli to taste 1 tsp salt 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tbsp cooking oil 2 peppers (different varieties) 1 red onion or cherry onion
For the pan
fresh coriander 2 tablespoons of jalapenos from a jar 1 tbsp of French cream
Soak the oil in a pan and add the strips of pancake. Fry until well browned and season with cumin, crushed tomatoes, black pepper, chilli, sugar and salt.
While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and slice the onion. Put both in a pan and cook until soft with the meat. Add more water if the mixture threatens to dry out.
Lämmitä torilla plates quickly in the oven.
Serve the fajitas with French cream, jalapenos and coriander leaves.
At the end of the cooking time, add the tomato sauce.
