Last Updated on
Bellman’s pan is a creamy version of the pytti pan. It’s a quick way to cook yesterday’s potatoes, which makes it an excellent microwaveable dish. Splutter in a glass and your taste sensation is guaranteed.4 slices of bacon 2 dl cream 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp black pepper Chives or parsley for garnish Chop the onion finely. Slice the bacon and place in a cold pan. Cook for a few minutes. When the bacon starts to lose fat, add the onion and cook until sweet. Add the bacon and fry until browned. Chop the sausage and potatoes. Add them to my pan and fry until browned. Season with pepper, mustard and sugar. Pour the cream into the pan. Bring the bellman’s pan to a boil and serve. Garnish with a sprig of herbs. hävikkiresepteit Sweden Scandinavia
