A breath of fresh air for tuna lovers. A fresh and tangy dressing made from creamy caviar for a Corsican salad.
Ingredients for four
250 g fusilli pasta (dry) 1 jar of lettuce and/or rocket 2 bunch of tuna pieces 150 g sun-dried tomatoes 150 g green olives 1 red pepper 1 cucumber 1 handful of basil
Sauce
2 dl cream of tartar 1 lemon juice 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 clove garlic 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp white wine vinegar Salt and pepper generously
Stir the sauce ingredients and leave to cool for a couple of hours.
Cook the pasta until crisp.Pour the sun-dried tomatoes into the pasta. Stir and chill.
Dice the paprika. Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Dice the cucumber. Cut the tomatoes into mouthfuls. Tear the lettuce into small shreds in a bowl. Add the other vegetables and the tuna.
Mix the pasta and the sauce. Arrange the salads on plates in layers. Place the greens underneath, then the pasta and top with the other ingredients. Of course, you can mix the whole salad but it’s easy to get a messy mess.
