Ingredients for six
Crumbled eggs
150 g butter 1 dl sugar 1 egg 1,5 dl wheat flour 1,5 dl graham flour 1 teaspoon baking powder
Täyteberries (or half of the jam)
Let the butter sit for an hour.
Fluff the butter and sugar.
Add the egg and the dry ingredients mixed together. Knead into a dough. Pat the dough into a pan to make a smooth base.
Mix the sugars and egg into the cream mixture to make a smooth batter.
First spread the berries (or jam) over the berry pie and then the cream mixture.
Bake at 200C for about half an hour, until the top is set. Serve the mummy’s berry pie with vanilla ice cream.
