Aura spinach pies

We never run out of tapas pies. So stock up, they’re excellent.

1 pkt butter dough, approx. 500g 2 dl cream 200g frozen spinach puree 3 eggs 1 wedge of aura cheese 1 tsp white pepper 1 pot of thyme 30 small foil pans
Melt the butter dough.
In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them until they are broken. Add myös cream and spinach. Mix well and season with white pepper. Crumble in myös aura cheese.
Roll the butter dough into a thin disk. Use, for example, a drinking glass to shape it into ringlets to fit the cakes. Divide the aura cheese between the pies, pushing them to the edges as the inside rises in the oven.
Bake the pies in a 215C oven for 15 minutes so that the top rises and browns slightly. Allow to cool and sprinkle thyme over the tops of the pies before serving.
