Bacon dumplings made with English bacon, flour, cabbage and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g of sauerkraut

400 g of coarse flour 200 g English bacon 2 pcs of harder rolls 2 pcs roll 1 pcs sour cream ground cumin water water salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Then add the strained, chopped sauerkraut, beaten eggs and cream, mix everything together, add salt and vinegar and gradually add coarse flour until a non-sticky dough is formed
