Pot Dumpling

In pots filled with dumpling dough, cooked in a water bath.
Ingredients:
td>chopped green herbs to taste
Procedure:
1. Prepare the dumpling by mixing the above ingredients, pour the mixture into the cups greased with lard to two-thirds of the height, immerse in a pot of water so that the water reaches the tabs, cover with a lid and cook for exactly 33 minutes
2. Then simply tip the dumplings out and cut them up.
