Pot Dumplings

Another of Lada Hruška’s culinary inspirations. Today a recipe for dumplings cooked in pots in a water bath.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs carefully, separate the yolks from the whites, keep the whites aside, add a cup of coarse flour to the yolks and add a cup of milk, season with a teaspoon of salt, mix well (the batter will be thinner) 2. Cut 2 rolls into small cubes, then add them to the dough, add chopped herbs
3. Beat the egg whites into snow, which is also carefully mixed into the dough
4. Grease 4 dumpling cups with lard, divide the batter into them to about 3/
4 of their height
5. Place the cups in a pot of water (the surface should reach the bottom of the ear), cook covered with a lid for exactly 33 minutes, then remove from the heat source and remove from the water
