Pilsner-style pork schnitzel with hermelin

Quick minute. Slices of pork surrounded with hermelin, folded, coated in flour, in egg beaten with beer and finally in breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown.

4 pieces of ermine in the centre of each
2. Fold the cutlets over to hide the cheese and coat in flour, beaten egg and beer and breadcrumbs
3. Fry loosely in hot oil, on both sides, until golden brown (the cheese must be sufficiently browned inside).
Recommendation:
Serve the steaks prepared in this way with boiled potatoes and tartar sauce.
