Pork Ribs in Carrot

Roasted ribs smothered with carrots on onion base.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the pork ribs into strips and place them in a pot in which we have previously sautéed finely chopped onions
2. Season the meat with salt and cumin, season lightly with pepper and sear it on both sides
3. Pour in a small ladle of water, add half a cube of masox and simmer the meat under a lid until semi-soft
4. Cut the cleaned carrots into thin slices, add them to the ribs and season with 3 cloves and grated lemon zest
5. Season with salt and pepper, simmer under a lid until all ingredients are soft, stirring frequently.
Recommendation:
Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
