This simple, very old potato dish comes from the Liberec region. Pure oukrop without potatoes (garlic) was served with the mashed potatoes, or washed down with milk or buttermilk. Chalamade, sauerkraut or pickled cucumber are also suitable for the dish. It is actually mashed potatoes with mushrooms.

1. 1. Fry the chopped onion in lard until golden brown
3. Boil the pre-soaked dried mushrooms, drain the water and cut the mushrooms into pieces
4. Drain the water from the cooked potatoes, mash them, mix them with the fried onions and cooked mushrooms
