Pork belly noodles sauteed in beer and broth, served with grated smoked cheese and parsley.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Remove the skin from the pork belly or bone it and cut it into 2 cm thick strips of 5 cm
2. Fry the finely chopped onion in oil and brown the meat on all sides
3. Simmer until almost tender, before finishing thicken the juice with grated breadcrumbs and pour in beer, stirring constantly, boil the sauce thoroughly
5. Sprinkle the individual portions on plates with grated smoked cheese and garnish with parsley.
