Carp Fries

Christmas without carp? That wouldn’t be it. It’s up to you which method of preparation you prefer. The aroma of fried fish fries is a particular attraction for those who want to enjoy fish without bones. Children will also love them, for whom the word ‘fries’ is almost magical.

Ingredients:

500 g of pork fillets 50 g smooth flour 30 g breadcrumbs 100 ml white wine 50 ml two-way sauce 3 pcs garlic cloves 1 tbsp of garlic 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp ground cumin frying oil

Procedure:

Slice the fillets into 1 cm thick noodles, and if necessary, remove the skin

In a bowl mix the wine, worcester, salt and crushed garlic, marinate the carp in this marinade for at least 1 hour

Coat the marinated carp pieces in the prepared mixture and fry in the oil until golden brown.
