Sheep meat patties stewed in onion.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Pick the lentils, soak in cold water and let them swell for about 1 hour
2. Drain the water, pour in new water (so that it is submerged), add the bay leaf and cook slowly over a low flame, stirring occasionally, until almost tender, drain 3. Rinse the grits, pour hot water over them (they must be completely submerged) and cook them until tender, stirring occasionally, drain 4. Strip the mutton of excess fat, cut into 4 slices, lightly knead, cut the edges, salt, pepper and dust with flour 5. Fry the slices of meat on both sides in hot lard, add peeled onion, diced bacon, peeled garlic 6. Stir in the cooked lentils, grits and finely chopped chives.
Recommendation:
– Serve with, for example, baked potatoes or bread.
