Fried Apples in Brno

Simple recipe for apple slices coated in batter and fried until golden brown.
Ingredients:
td>coarse flour
Procedure:
1. Peel the large apples and cut them crosswise into thin rounds and cut out the core
2. Dip the rounds in the prepared batter, fry in hot butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the hot ones
3. Prepare the batter as for dripping, i.e. flour and sugar mixed in milk with beaten egg.
